Hancock Consulting comes to your home or office to repair your computer.

We currently charge $120 per hour for our expertise in repair, and for showing you how to make the most of your computers.

Labor is charged from the time we leave our office until the time we leave yours. This allows us to split any travel time associated with coming to your location. Baton Rouge laws state that sales tax will be collected on any repair involving hardware replacement. So if 1/2 hour of a two hour appointment is spent replacing a hard drive, then that 1/2 hour will be taxed at 9% while the rest of the time spent is not subject to sales tax.

In Baton Rouge, we also offer our location on Wrenwood Boulevard for customers who may prefer to bring in their computer for service, though we ask that you please call first.
