More about Tom…
Born and raised on the East Coast, Tom developed a passion for math, science, and the outdoors, working summer jobs in farming and grounds keeping. In college, he served as a Senior Faculty Assistant, mentoring classmates. After graduating, he launched his career in engineering at Hewlett-Packard before transitioning into management. Recruited by Coca-Cola, Tom played a key role in transforming the Fountain Operations division and later led a major redesign for one of its largest bottlers.
Choosing to stay in Charlotte, he moved to CBRE, where he revamped the firm’s Center of Excellence for global construction project management. Most recently, as CEO of Atom Engineering, he drove revenue growth and process improvements, positioning the firm for scalable expansion.
