My approach centers around People, Process and Performance.  Harold Leavitt in the 1960s was famous for developing the “Diamond Model”, later adjusted to “Golden Triangle” or the “three-legged stool” of People, Process and Technology.

A woodworking workshop with tools and supplies on shelves and a workbench, illuminated by natural light coming through a large window.

Tom Hancock, principal at Hancock Consulting, has an established record of leading through the uncertainty of change to achieve improved, sustained performance capabilities from the team.

Technology has become so “smart” and integrated almost indistinguishable with process, that technology is now part of Process.  The emerging role of principled planning & execution, customer outcomes and leadership has morphed the three-legged stool to include

People development, engagement, team contribution

Grounded in Process, continuous improvement, fact-based decision making.

Focused on Performance, objective setting, governance, execution.
